TrueGroovez have just launched their online radio station but if you don't have WinAmp, i-Tunes or RealPlayer installed its a bit fiddly getting Windows Media Player to work. I have made a very simple IE / Firefox toolbar that will stream the content without any of the players above needed, as well as providing quick links to the homepage and the forums. Note, there is no way of testing if the stream is offline yet, so if you click play and hear nothing then it will be because the station is off-air. Now added code to check if stream is available - in Internet Explorer you get the Stopped message - in Firefox you get a 'Connecting' meesage and if unavailable you then get a blank message, instead of 'Playing'. Also added a volume slider and update button.
I will possibly develop this further if the guys at TrueGroovez are keen to include things like which DJ is currently playing etc. Any updates are automatically installed.
The toolbar is virus tested, has no dodgy spyware or anything and comes with full quick un-install button so you know it's safe, but please be aware it is not supported officially by TruGroovez.
